Live Updates from HockeyFest

The Mayor will have live updates throughout the day from HockeyFest. If you can't attend or want the inside scoop on what's going down at the Kings training facility, follow along at www.twitter.com/Mayor119 (note: you don't have to have a twitter account, simply read the updates on the page...it's that easy).

The basic schedule of events today will be as follows:

9 a.m. – State of the Kings with Dean Lombardi, Ron Hextall, Jeff Solomon and Terry Murray – hosted by Daryl Evans (location: covered NHL rink)

10 a.m. – Kings Rookie Camp practice

* (break) head to Hollywood Park to lay a few bills on Aces Mark, for a story on the horse click here
1:30 p.m. – The Life of a King with Jay Wells, Marty McSorley and Luc Robitaille

3:30 p.m. – Winning Ways with Ryan Smyth, Justin Williams, Jarret Stoll and Rob Scuderi

4 p.m. – Kings Rookie Camp practice

  1. Nice job of wrapping up the highlights of the 2nd annual Hockeyfest!!! My favorite part of the whole day had to be the comment about Sandstrom as well. The only negative??? It made me WAY to anxious for the season to start!!!
